- Was it hard to leave your family and friends behind?

* Everyone kept telling me that won't be hard and actually they were right. After the flight your sleeping pattern is s confused you just fell right into bed and during the first week you are busy with exploring. Of course there will be times when you miss your family but most of the time you are distracted by the wonderful time you have.

- Is it hard to find new friends?

* If you are shy and unfriendly - yes but not if you actually try!

Most of the people don't know how to talk to new people so you have to talk to them. It might be hard but trust me once you got to know a few people it gets easier. Just try!

- Will you miss it?
* Yes definitely I build myself a second home, a second place to be happy. I found new friends, explored new things and found joy in different hobbies. Just thinking about leaving hurts my heart but it is how it is. 

- What is the best thing about being an exchange student?
* There are lots of great things but I think the main thing is the independence, you are most likely in charge for your own decisions - its not like at home where Mommy keeps an eye on you and to be honest I like the freedom you get. But other than that its just the fact that you are in another country.
